Quick and painless to buy the insurance. That is the only positive thing about them. From then on a nightmare! DO NOT TAKE INSURANCE OUT WITH KWIKFIT. They have completely incorrect details of my claim history, wrong insurer dates etc. Just spent an hour and a half on the phone to them trying to clear it up and despite them admitting there is a mistake they have given me an ultimatum, pay a fee or cancel my insurance (they will still charge me a cancellation fee). They won't allow you to speak to a supervisor either. Watch out for them clawing money back from cheap quotes and giving you the run-around while they do it.
