When I informed them of a accident they collected my car the next day which I was told later it shouldn't have been taken that soon.then I was told I couldn't have a courtesy car cause I don't have a credit or debit card.
Ended up allowing the other drivers insurance admiral to get my car sorted as he was the one at fault and admiral have bent over backwards to get everything resolved well done admiral.shame on you kwik fit
