Took out home insurance with this company, put in a claim as I accidentally knocked down a wall and they would no pay to rebuild due to me not telling them I live 33m away from a water course, which when I googled it it was 276m so going to the ombudsman to see what they say, best stay away from this company as only a broker !!
Bad company to deal with you have been warned !!!!
