Twice made a claim for my pet, delayed every time. Waiting on medical records to come from a previous vet is the excuse they are making now, they were sent to my present vet in 2015 . How difficult is it ? Can never get through on phone and they rarely call you back. Tried to find a complaints number on website and it's the same number for everything !!
Seriously considering changing my insurer once this is sorted out. Disgruntled to say the least
