I have returned from holiday on the 10th January to find this renewal Insurance letter from Kwik Fit which will be renewed on the 12th January 2017, I called 08001836116 before 5pm to cancel the policy, only to find the offices were closed!
I do not want this policy as it is more costly than last year and they haven’t contacted me before hand to discuss the requirements cover, the cover I require has changed. I have to now send a letter Royal Mail Special delivery to cancel as I don't have any other options. The most awful service
