Having informed them of an accident as per their instructions, I find myself now penalised. I made no claim but apparently my neighbour did as it was considered 50/50, news to me.
That said, the young lady telling me to calm down as I was speaking too fast is not acceptable. I was not rude, I was not shouting and I was not once disrespectful, just speaking too fast, no wonder they no longer sell insurance poor show. I have yet to try and get my NCD paperwork from them.
