All very quick and efficient until I got to the payment page and only had my card accepted after my third attempt. I tried with another card to check it wasn't details on my visa debit that were not being accepted for some reason. That was also not accepted.
This made me almost give up and go elsewhere as I required the insurance today after purchasing a new car and as it was Saturday the telephones were unavailable.
Up to that point I was impressed with how easy my application was compared to other sites.
