Rang them on Christmas Eve regarding change of vehicle. It took me over an hour to get connected and further 20 minutes regarding my query. After all that, I was advised I cannot change the vehicle and it is above Ladybird Insurance threshold. That got me really annoyed because the car I had with them to the car I wanted them to insure me on were pretty much the same in terms of engine size etc... I then was told i need to pay a cancellation charge if I was to cancel my existing policy, hang on, I did not know that your insurance compay does not have the threshold to insure my new vehicle and therefore I would not be paying this. Well, raised a complaint and was told this would be fast tracked and someone will call me Monday (no call) and so I am actually on the phone to them now trying to get CONNECTED!!!!! I rather pay extra then be with this company.
