Terrible - I was told that I have to put a tracker on my car if not then have to cancel my insurance. When I called to have it removed, then they said it’s not the responsibility and I have to pay some one to remove it according to the terms and agreement. Despite being told by the insurer initially who informed me I must have the tracker, that it could be removed on request if the car no longer requires insurance. I suggest you check your phone log as this was told to me.
