SHOCKING!
Been on hold for a total of 4 hours today! Wanted to switch insurance to a new car but instead I am cancelling without hesitation (if I ever manage to speak to anyone!) Avoid at all costs! And to top it off this website just told me ladybird are externally soliciting reviews from happy customers which will give a skewed rating!!!
