The overall service I will say was good. Staffs over the telephone were helpful. I made no claim so I cannot review on that but the only thing I was unhappy with was their systems could not recognise when my policy was due. In my case I actually had to call them to get a new quote and request for my no claim bonus certificate where with my previous car insurance, everything were done automatically.
