Very unprofessional service
Just for a typing error of my vehicle purchasing date instead of 2023 i mistakenly put 2022 which anyone can make, they send me an email for additional £600 of extra top of my cover. If that's so why didn't you get me correct before i pay £1200 for the premium and uploaded all the documents and wasted my time. People can buy a car anytime or can hold it for several years which they can't note that on diary. I had to cancel the insurance before it starts and loosing £60 for so called cancellation fees ,Customer service department over the phone need to be more professional and good informative.
