#1 Jodie was very helpful indeed and sorted out our renewal and explained everything clearly so she was great - thank you Jodie. But, I called earlier and spoke to another advisor who "checked" my details and told me that we were no long eligible for renewal even though we had received a renewal policy and amount! I was exceedingly disappointed as you can imagine. When I called back again and managed to speak to Jodie she looked into my query and advised that the previous advisor thought that my renewal was for a private car not my Motorhome!! I would have thought that if my details had been correctly checked the advisor would have known what type of vehicle I was calling about. I'm glad I did call back to check and renewal sorted in the end. Just please check that they know what type of vehicle you own!
