I would have rated no stars if given the option. Absolutely disgusting customer service! They were having trouble locating my adress, even though every other company, bank, tax, electoral and who know what else have never had a problem. There was no effort to rectify this to gain a customer, instead the call agent just tried to hang up the phone on me with no explanation or ways to solve the problem. Ectremely rude and I'm glad I have not gone with this insurance company.
