David was very helpful and friendly on the phone, I feel he went beyond to ensure I was happy with my new policy.
I was having a really bad day including my phone dying half way through the call, I fully appreciate the level of customer service he has shown, also phoning me back when the line was cut off.
Thank you for your help and paitence with me!! It’s not often I say this after a phone call so it is not going unnoticed.
