I only subscribed to Ladybird yesterday and sent my required documents today so I can't say anything other that how it has been so far,and that is that everything has been simple. I spoke to somebody on the phone initially who asked all the usual questions and everything went smoothly without problems. I'll be able to give a more detailed review when I have had more dealings with them.
