As yet still awaiting policy paperwork from ladybird insurance for my car, I feel that if this is the way that the insurance people do things then I can only eat there service a big fat 0. I feel that they don’t care about the members just want there money..
very disappointed with the service so far looking forward to the excuse from them wen I phone them again .
