Awful company, stay away! First, I found out after I had signed my insurance documents and paid my deposit that my excess had doubled. All customer support could say was that I ‘should’ve read the small print’. Next, they harassed me for weeks to provide documents that were far beyond what I was prepared to provide but I was constantly threatened with having my policy cancelled. The staff were so rude and unhelpful on the phone. I couldn’t trust them to give me the policy they promised, let alone live up to it if I ever had an accident. I cancelled my policy and got out as soon as I could!
