The service was good getting the policy set up. After that there was a lot of questions on possible and optional additions, which would have accumulated to a considerable extra cost. two things I felt this was unnecessary and became irritating after spending quite a long time on the phone giving you all the information you needed to set the policy up. I suspect this had nothing to do with the advisor I spoke too but was required by the company she worked for.
