I have had some good and bad experiences with Fresh and Ladybird however this member of staff that i have dealt with last year and indeed this years renewal has i have found always being informative explains the terms and conditions in a clear and concise manner, he explains the process in what will happen next and what myself as the customer needs to do. I like his customer service skills which can be very rare in the world of insurance, Gerry made me feel comfortable in buying this product, thank you Gerry.
