Customer service.
I spoke to Georgia on the phone regarding my policy issue. She was extremely helpful. Knowing that her colleagues made me cry because of how rude and terrible customer service. I really appreciate her help and was so lovely and polite. Can’t you enough for making me feel less stress now. Thank you so much AMAZING customer service skills
