I have had an issue with my latest renewal due to vehicle circumstances, not Ladybird Insurance. Although the outcome was not the best, I was happy to go ahead with the renewal as I was handled extremely professionally. The agent who dealt with everything, Ryan, is a credit to the company. Keeping to his word each time and communicating well even under the current pandemic obstacles. An asset to the company.
