I signed up to ladybird insurance and completed all the required information and paid for a full years cover. Someone from the company then rang me to say that due to my age ( 20) I had to pay some further money to be insured by them. I asked to cancel my account and was told it would take up to a month to get a refund ( It did take a full month) leaving me short of money to pay my new insurer a full year at once. Really disappointing experience and would not try with this company again.
