Terrible customer service, long waits and ambivalent staff.
Premium increases if you want to add crash bungs to policy (I was expecting a discount), but in the event of an accident they will only replace with bike manufacture standard parts which isn’t actually possible for many bikes. They know sod all about bikes and the needs of bikers and don’t seem to care.
They are also not issuing Green Cards for European travel.
I won’t be renewing with them.
