Hopeless, 2 months ago never took my DD so phoned and payed said it would not happen again? Christmas eve phoned at 1500 when otherwise engaged. Cancelled the policy on the Sunday? Then blamed me for not checking my bank account ? What is even worse that the girl told me she checks her everyday sometimes twice, what a life she must lead?
