Terrible financial practices by this company. Presumably because they get away with it so often, they have made it standard practice to be as dishonest as possible.
The Financial Conduct Authority are aware of MCE and its 'mistakes' and 'oversights' with customers so contact the Financial Ombudsman immediately if you have any problems with MCE.
