Had a reminder email with a renewal price, after shopping around I found a cheaper quote of £30 from MCE ?? so when I phoned them about the renewal price and the difference they offered me the cheaper price. Doesn’t seem any loyalty for current customers surely it should have been the best quote on the renewal.
However, the lady on the call was very polite and helpful.
