I cannot yet appreciate a system where the price changes day by day. The initial offer received via email was lower than last year, which was great. However, it took three days to be able to talk to an operator on the phone, the only way to renew the policy - online I tried to fill in the questionnaire but the final price was higher.
When I could talk with an operator, the proposed price has gone up. Less than a pound of increment compared to the renewal offer via email, but still strange.
