I tried 3 times to get confirmation on what was being covered. The representatives didn’t understand what I was asking.
So I tried the “Live Chat” Michelle came into the chat but didn’t respond at all.
I tried ringing again 4 times and whilst on hold for 20 mins each time. I then tried later and managed to speak to a chap. He wasn’t prepared to answer my (simple question) we have to go through the whole process again. He seemed that he would not move from the script.
I was totally unimpressed with the service.
