Very poor telephony service. Wanted to renew my insurance. Phoned at least 10 times. To be put through to the same persons, who’s English was a second language. I had to the repeat myself several times, sometimes having to raise my voice. I was then transferred to renewals. Phone was cut off each time. Very poor line quality (not my line) when speaking to anyone. Was going to insure with another company, but they quoted more. I finally renewed using the MCE website. Shockingly bad service. Very disappointed. This is a shame as always been happy to use MCE. Will be looking else where next year.
