telephone call waited for over 35 minutes (two different calls as I have to work), finally got through to a call assistant who said they could not complete the task of simple renewal (to a quote I had received on an email. Gave up on Phone comms, and tried on internet, but could not access the quote I had been given, had to go through the entire process again, and then got a quote higher than the previously received quote, and could not get the system to match it. Out of time due to concurrent work pressures I conceded tot he marginally higher quote as I was now behind with all work in my day job. Really poor system set-up and inadequate staffing. Internet portal designers should look at other vendors and up their game. MCE are losing revenue and customers due to the above. Sad to see.
