I contacted MCE to renew my multi-bike policy, although having to go through some tedious scripted questions, when a simple question ' has anything changed with the vehicles and their storage location changed from the previous policy' would have sufficed. This being done the service was excellent and I was in receipt of my documents within only a few hours. First class service
