Called to renew my policy, always been easy but this time what went wrong! It’s clear to say that your call centre team appears to have been outsourced, to individuals who do not understand English, so when saying I want to renew being met with you want to make an accident claim was surprising. 4 calls later due to long waits, being cut off etc, eventually got a coherent person who was great and renewed!! Poor rating is for the other handlers who were just not capable, became obstructive, then rude, one saying you don’t have to take insurance, that what you get.
Come on MCE, I know you can do better.
