Hands up I did not read every page of the conditions) I call to review the cover...£72 admin fee for that (still in cooling of period). A few days of exchanges I finally get fed up and want to cancel. Sorry you are out of cooling off period...cancellation will now cost £200. Reminder set to cancel at the end of the insured term and go elsewhere. Customer service? Nope.
