I used a well known comparison site. Price and add-ons were ok.
I don't like talking to "real" people for quotes etc as they seem to want to up the prices so I was happy that all the stuff I wanted could be done online. Only snag was error message to get into my portal which I don't really need it as all documentation was emailed over to me. No real hassle but no more or less than any others I've used previously for bikes or cars.
