Hopeless customer service.
Firstly why can't I renew my policy online but only by phone? So I had to spend an age on the phone trying to renew my policy going through all the rigmarole of answering questions that they already had the answers to. I could barely understand the person on the phone as they had such a strong accent. Only to be told at the end that I couldn't pay in full due to a system problem, WHAT? I could pay in installments though which had added costs of course. Strange how that works.
I then ask if they can call me back when the system is working and I'll pay them which was agreed. No call came and next thing I get is an email saying my policy has lapsed and I have to get another quote to be insured. Unfortunately mce gave the lowest quote so I ended going with you again but you really need to shake up your service. And get rid of the overseas call centre.
