Complete and utter s#•! show. Company runs into problems and customers left stressed, and out pocket until who knows when. Having just renewed I’ve had to pay twice for a policy within a couple of months, with no idea of when I’ll get my money back. And to rub salt in the wounds my policy has increased by 20% in two months.
I’ll be actively searching for a new policy upon renewal time.
