Paid insurance by monthly payments by way off MCE repeatedly using my direct debit card,
The problem came when my card was misplaced, in the time of trying to replace the card MCE issued a default Charge notice of £30 for a £19.75 direct debit within 12hrs of payment due.
MCE would not except the payment for the £19.75 without paying the £30 default charge.
THEN CANCELLED MY INSURANCE WITH 3 MONTHS REMAINING. Taking my complaint to ombudsman.
