Only gave 1 star because I HAD to to leave a review. Ongoing claim,(over two months now).
Settlement offer accepted 6 weeks ago, despite being told payment within a couple of weeks on website.
Kit cover, top to toe, despite being paid for on the same policy at the same time, I am now told is a separate claim!
Good luck to anyone who has to make a claim, you'll have your work cut out and lots of obstacles put in your way.
Be interested to see if this ends up on review page.
Don't do it!????
