The price was good, but I think that the customer experience is absolutely horrific.
I only use these because the price is usually better than elsewhere.
I had a running with these, earlier last year.
My motorbike was involved in an incident at work. I didn't want to involve my motorbike insurance, because macams was dealing with it. None the less, MCE ended up getting involved, the way that I was treat was awful.
As with all insurance companies! We do it because we have to. Not because we want to converse with them. Another year, another hike in price.
