The online portal is dreadful for making changes; the costs are extortionate and there is no-one that you can talk to about it. There is online and phone support to unlock the account which seems to happen to me a lot. I would never have gone with MCE if I’d known it would be like this. If you only have one bike/don’t need to make changes you’ll probably be okay. The support team that unlock the account are very helpful, but cannot talk about policy/costs/conditions etc.
