This is my first motorbike and consequently insurance in UK. The MCE website is very straightforward, didn't have any problems at all. I received all my documents via email the same day I purchased my premium with all things I need to know. In addition there's also a Customer Portal where all my details are kept and a live chat with an operator in case of needs. The only issue I had was my registration on the Customer Portal as I couldn't register myself for an invalid reCaptcha key, but Maria S. resolved the issue prontly on the LiveChat.
