Called up customer services at 20 to 5 (closing time) as that's the earliest I can do after work and I simply asked how my claim was going which would have taken minutes to answer but nope I was put on hold for 15 minutes till 5pm where the phone was put down... shocking customer service...
I only called because I've had no update in 3 months not a single email or phone call... steer clear!! My old insurance bikesure were amazing I'd recommend them and I will be returning back to them next time I'm insured.
