What went wrong is the question - where do I start!
Nearly 6 months after my bike was torched by some mindless vandal I'm still waiting to settle the claim. They have been spectacularly hopeless, nobody seems to be remotely interested in drawing this to a close.
This is the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with.
My advice to you - don't use them.
