Customer service is diabolical, I had the rudest women on the phone.
I insured my motorbike in March and haven't received any certification or confirmation that I had insured my vehicle. When I made multiple attempts to received this information I was hung up on or just blatantly ignored. The only way I made contact with them is when they called me to complete a customer service form.
One star is me being nice.
