These are my views based on my experience.
This company has terrible administrative systems. It failed to amend address changes, couldn't communicate from one department to another that I was not pursuing a claim which then delayed sending me confirmation of my no claims bonus preventing me from getting alternative insurance. A truly awful company. The claims handler did know the terms of the policy and was not able to advise me accurately.
