When you ring to renew a policy which has been held for a long time in order to actually get the price you then have to go through all of the 30 questions, I suspect at a premium rate. No other insurance sends out a renewel minus the price. The details should all be the same ie if you have not changed address or had a conviction but to be asked again for my date of birth which of course is set from , well shall we say, my date of birth, just to get the price is a joke.The person says "we are scripted" all well and good for a new customer but just to renew. Even asked for the registrations , hello same bikes or else I wouldn't be renewing.Wont use again but did this time as couldn't face 30 questions from Swinton !.
