Despite having taken the insurance, there were so many calls I have blocked the number. 3 calls from the sales team who didn't know I had already taken the policy and 2 calls from the aftersales team selling me a ridiculous service to reduce my excess which was 25% of the cost of my policy!
Will be looking elsewhere next year.
