My cbf 125 is broken down in camberwell, london. Called mce breakdown and they said first it takes 1 hour for a driver to be there. Called after one hour they said it takes half an hour more. Called 3rd time they said it takes another half an hour. Now i am still standing in a freezing cold weather on a road and still waiting for someone to come.
Such a poor service, worthless recovery, never recommend to anyone for MCE insurance.
