MCE came in with a better quote for insurance but then i was bombarded with calls to take out the policy (which i eventually did) but then i was called by them asking me for more money to ensure i only pay half of my excess should i have a claim! (this facility should be made available upon compiling the original estimate, and not being chased 'after' the policy had been taken out) I said i went with MCE as they were cheaper than my renewal quote and i might as well of stayed with my existing insurer if i was to pay more money to them. Suffice to say i will not be renewing with them at the end of this policy!
